Her diploma and certificates in sustainable business from Business School Lausanne and IMD paired with her business background, creativity, passionate executer of ‘reduce & reuse’, Gesa brings the perfect mix of expertise to Green Immersion.
Yuanyuan brings over two decades of global leadership experience in supply chain and procurement together with her passion for human connection and growth. As a certified ICF coach and among the first globally certified Point of You® Business Trainers, she facilitates spaces where awareness turns into action and where teams rediscover creativity, trust, and purpose. In Green Immersion workshops, Yuanyuan blends structure and intuition, helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and with one another through meaningful, sensory experiences.
I enhance organizational performance by empowering employees with the tools they need to thrive. My mission is to create respectful, successful workplaces through comprehensive health and wellbeing training, leadership coaching, and intergenerational leadership development.
GreenImmersion was developed under the consideration that sustainable transformation start from the inside-out.
